Die Wildland-Stiftung Bayern konnte mit der Renaturierung eines Abschnitts des Osterbachs im Landkreis Freyung/Grafenau zur Verbesserung des Gewässers beitragen.
Am 01. Juni 2016 tummelten sich 20 kleine Wiesenforscher aus dem Kindergarten Obertaufkirchen zusammen mit Johanna Vilsmeier, Treffpunkt Wildland, auf einer nahe gelegenen Wiese und gingen dort auf Entdeckungsreise.
